Beginner Quilling

Class Description

Join us for a beginner-friendly paper quilling class where you’ll learn how to roll and shape thin strips of paper into beautiful designs! We’ll cover the basic techniques -- coils, teardrops, scrolls, and simple patterns -- and then you’ll create your own small artwork. With February around the corner, we’ll also show a few easy quilled heart variations. You can include hearts in your piece if you’d like, or focus on your own style -- florals, abstract designs, geometric patterns, or anything that inspires you. You’ll receive guidance throughout, making the workshop welcoming for complete beginners as well as anyone who wants to try a relaxing, hands-on art activity. By the end, you’ll leave with a finished piece and the confidence to continue quilling on your own! Saturday, January 31st 12:30pm - 2:00pm $25 per person All materials are provided.
