About the event
Surrounded by beautiful artwork, participants will be inspired to tap into their own creativity as we learn to expressive our inner feelings and desires through feel-good stretches and easygoing movements. Not to mention, we'll have drip coffee and mini cupcakes included for people to munch on! Together we can stimulate the creative parts of our mind, body, and soul.
All experience levels are welcome to Yoga at the Art Studio!Â
Just bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes :)
