Yoga at the Art Studio with Sarah Shea Yoga

Join us for this unique event and do some yoga while surrounded by art! 

Surrounded by beautiful artwork, participants will be inspired to tap into their own creativity as we learn to expressive our inner feelings and desires through feel-good stretches and easygoing movements. This is a great afternoon pick-me-up to stimulate the creative parts of our mind, body, and soul.

Yoga at the Art Studio will be hosted and taught by Sarah Shea - a local yoga teacher in the Lehigh Valley.

This is a beginner-friendly class -- no experience necessary! Just bring your own mat and wear comfy clothing. (Mats may be provided if you do not have one, though mat availability will be limited)

$25 per person.

Drip coffee and dessert bites will be available for sipping and snacking.
